Uninstalling
You can easily uninstall the product by following the following steps:

Navigate to the Sensei->Configuration->Uninstall on your OPNsense GUI.

Stop the Sensei engine by clicking
button. After the engine is stopped, the below dialog box appears. Click “Refresh” button to close the notification window.

- This will pop up a window to confirm the uninstallation. You have two options here:
You can either remove Sensei completely with all its data and packages, or you can just remove the packages leaving the data intact.
The latter option is useful if you are doing reinstall or you plan to install Sensei in the feature. Click Yes to continue the uninstallation. ,

Resetting to Factory Defaults
You can restore all configurations to their original defaults and reinstall the reporting database. To accomplish this:

Navigate to the Sensei->Configuration->Uninstall on your OPNsense GUI.

Stop the Sensei engine by clicking Stop Sensei Packet Engine. After the engine is stopped, the below dialog box is displayed. Click “Refresh” button to close this notification window.

Click “Reset to Sensei Factory Defaults” button.

Click “Refresh” button in this dialog box. It will redirect you to the reinstallation wizard. You can follow the installation steps given in the Initial Configuration guide.
